Jack is a Portfolio Manager and Co-CIO at Easterly Investment Partners. Jack has over 31 years of industry experience, 24 with Levin Capital and its predecessor firms. Prior to joining EIP, Jack was a Lead PM for Levin Capital and John A. Levin & Co., Inc. He was at Prudential Securities (1991-1995) and began his career with at Bain & Co. (1988-1991). Jack earned a B.S. from Bryant College and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
Chris is the Director of Research and a Senior Analyst for Easterly Investment Partners, focusing on the consumer and industrial sectors. Chris has 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Chris was a portfolio manager in the industrials group of Point72 Asset Management / CR Intrinsic Investors (2011-2016), portfolio manager of the FrontPoint Consumer & Industrial Fund at FrontPoint Partners (2006-2011), portfolio manager and securities analyst at John A Levin & Co., Inc. focused on the consumer and industrial sectors (2001-2006), and was an Institutional Investor All-Star analyst at Lehman Brothers covering building products and electrical equipment (1996-2001). Chris earned a B.A. in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Sam is a Senior Analyst for Easterly Investment Partners. Sam has 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hendel was a portfolio manager for event driven strategies at Satellite Asset Management (2006-2009). Prior to Satellite, he was an associate director at UBS and worked in both the portfolio trading and proprietary trading groups (2003-2006). Sam is a co-founder of Dataminr, the real-time information analytics company. Sam also serves as an associate fellow of Davenport College at Yale University, from which he received his B.A. in 2003.
John is a Senior Analyst for Easterly Investment Partners, focusing on the consumer and retail sectors. John has 28 years industry experience. Prior to joining Easterly Investment Partners in 2004, he was a securities analyst for SAC Capital Advisors (2003–2004); president and co-founder of Archimedes Capital Partners (2000–2003); portfolio manager and senior equity analyst for Forstmann-Leff International (1998–2000); and an equity analyst for Merrill Lynch Capital Fund (1991–1998). John earned his B.A. from Lake Forest College.
Rich is a Senior Analyst for Easterly Investment Partners, responsible for the technology sector. Rich has 27 years industry experience and has been with Easterly Investment Partners for 12 years. Rich joined the firm from Pacific Crest Securities, where he was a senior analyst on the software research team ranked “Top Boutique” by Institutional Investor for the last three years. Previously, Rich worked in equity research at WR Hambrecht, CSFB Tech Group, and Volpe Brown Whelan. Rich earned a B.A. from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Evan is a Senior Analyst for Easterly Investment Partners, with a sector focus on consumer staples. Evan has 12 years of buy side experience of which 5 years are with Easterly Investment Partners. Evan began his career as a trader at Richmond Capital before becoming an analyst at Charter Advisors, both family offices. Evan holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Emory University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Chris is the Head of Trading at Easterly Investment Partners, responsible for all aspects of trading. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a Vice President in Small Business commercial lending at Bank Of America. Previously, he spent 20 years as an Institutional Sales Trader, most recently as Managing Director at Convergex. Chris was also on the trading desks at Morgan Stanley, SunTrust and Robertson Stephens. Chris received his B.A. in English at Hobart College.
Andrew is a Research Analyst at Easterly Investment Partners, responsible for coverage of the US financials sector. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as a Research Analyst at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he led financial sector coverage for a US fund and global fund. Previously, Andrew spent three years on the sell-side at Raymond James covering US banks, and three years working with financial institutions as a Management Consultant with Deloitte. Andrew received his B.S. in Management from the University of Florida and M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Rollins College. He is a CFA charter holder.
Alex is a Trader at Easterly Investment Partners, responsible for trading securities in separately managed accounts and executing orders as directed by portfolio managers. Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked at Veson Nautical, where he was a Consultant and Account Manager focused on trading and risk management within the maritime industry. Previously, Alex worked at both Canaccord Genuity and KeyBanc Capital Markets on the equity sales and trading desks. Alex received his B.A. in Psychology and Classics from Holy Cross. He also holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Richard is a Portfolio Manager and the Co-CIO at Easterly Investment Partners. Richard has over 41 years of industry experience. Prior to EIP, he was the Founder and Managing Principal of Snow Capital. Richard’s investment experience dates back to 1980 when he formed R.A.S. Capital Management, managing private family assets. His success in growing these assets became well known in high net worth circles, leading advisors of wealthy individuals to solicit Richard to manage their clients’ assets. In 2001, Richard restructured R.A.S. as Snow Capital Management L.P. to attract and retain other quality investment professionals and to grow the firm’s account base. Over time, he has assembled and developed a strong investment team who continue to apply his fundamental, bottom-up stock picking process of value investing. Richard holds a B.A. from Duquesne University and an MBA in finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
Joshua is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Easterly Investment Partners. Prior to EIP, Joshua was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Snow Capital, having joined at the firm’s inception in 2001. Joshua’s duties at Snow included security research, selection and portfolio management. Joshua earned a B.S. from Allegheny College and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Joshua is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute.
Anne is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Easterly Investment Partners. Currently, she is a Portfolio Manager of the Long/Short Opportunity Fund, Large Cap Value and Equity Income Strategies. Prior to EIP, Anne was with Snow Capital, having joined in 2006 as a Senior Analyst. In 2010, she was appointed a Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Snow, she worked at Prudential Equity Group, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan where she was responsible for research coverage in the specialty hardlines retail, household and personal care sectors. Anne earned a B.A. from Davidson College and received her M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute.
Jessica is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Easterly Investment Partners. Prior to EIP, Jessica was with Snow Capital, having joined in 2006 as a Senior Analyst. In 2014, she was appointed a Portfolio Manager of the Long/Short Opportunity Fund and Snow Capital Investment Partners L.P. In 2016, she was appointed a Portfolio Manager of the Large Cap Value Strategy. Prior to joining Snow, she worked at Jennison Associates, where she was responsible for research coverage in the consumer discretionary and consumer staples sectors of small and midcap portfolios. Jessica graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a B.S. in Foreign Service. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA institute and the CFA Society of Pittsburgh. She is a speaker for the Smart Woman Securities program at Carnegie Mellon University.
Phil is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst at Easterly Investment Partners. Prior to EIP, Phil was with Snow Capital, having joined in 2010 as a member of the Operations group. In 2013, he joined the investment team as an Associate Analyst. He was promoted to the position of Director of Operations in 2016. In 2018, Phil moved back to the investment team as an Analyst. In December 2020, he was promoted to Portfolio Manager of the Small Cap Value and SMID strategies and to Senior Analyst. Phil received his B.S. in Finance with an Economics minor from the University of Pittsburgh in May 2011. Phil is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.
Justin Eagan is a Product Specialist at Easterly Investment Partners. Prior to EIP, Justin was with Snow Capital, having joined as a Director in 2014. Prior to Snow, Justin was Vice President of Investments at Progress Investment Management Company where he was responsible for client communications, investment positioning, performance and risk profiles. Justin also worked as Vice President and Senior Investment Manager Research Analyst for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Product Manager at Deutsche Bank and Product Associate at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Justin is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University. He received his M.B.A. from St. John’s University. Justin is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.

Prior to Snow, he worked for Kirr, Marbach & Co. where he was an Equity Research Analyst and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. He also worked at First Financial Bank as a Business Credit Manager. Collin earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Grove City College with a minor in Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute.

Prior to Snow, he worked for BDO USA, LLP where he was a Tax Associate. Stacey is a Trader at Easterly Investment Partners. Prior to EIP, Stacey was with Snow Capital, having joined in 2005 as a Trader. Prior to Snow, she worked in administration and operations within the asset management division of the former Parker/Hunter Inc. Stacey received her B.S. in Business and her MBA from Point Park University.
